Terms & Conditions for Online Training Sessions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and/or attending any live online training session, webinar, or workshop (the “Session”) offered by Helicon (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“Participant”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or attend.

2. Nature of Services

All content delivered in our Sessions is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Any strategies, tools, or methods discussed are provided as general guidance. You are solely responsible for evaluating and implementing any information in your business context.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific results, business outcomes, or performance improvements from attending our Sessions. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your business environment, decisions, and implementation.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helicon and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your participation. Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Session.

5. Intellectual Property

All slides, handouts, videos, and other materials (“Materials”) provided are the intellectual property of Helicon unless otherwise stated. You may use Materials for your own learning but may not copy, distribute, modify, record, or sell them without prior written permission. Recording or reproducing any part of the Session without prior written consent is prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

If you or other participants share business or personal information during the Session, you agree to respect their privacy and confidentiality. We will not disclose your information except as required by law.

7. Privacy & Data

We collect and store registration details to deliver the Session and related follow‑up. We do not sell your data to third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy. Do not upload or share sensitive or regulated data in open Q&A or unapproved systems.

8. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment is due at registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Refunds: written requests received at least 7 calendar days before the Session start time will be refunded in full. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
  • If we cancel or reschedule a Session, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to another date.
  • Transfers/substitutions may be considered at our discretion if requested at least 48 hours before the Session.

9. Participant Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior, without refund. You agree not to share session links or access credentials outside your organization or purchased seats.

10. Risks & Disclaimers Regarding AI Use

  • Discussions may involve use of third‑party AI tools that can produce inaccurate or biased outputs.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI‑generated content before using it in your business.
  • We are not liable for any consequences of your use of any AI tools discussed in the Session.

11. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your registration applies to your participation. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
